Course Details:

  • 4 sessions of yoga practices, pranayam (breathing technique), guided meditation, chants (non-religious, sound-based) will be taught step by step.

  • 3 FREE follow-up review sessions to help you establish a routine.

  • Common corrections & tips will be offered for every practice.

  • Support emails & a community to help you practice what you have learned.

  • Simple, safe & needs no previous experience of yoga.
