Starting yoga early on in life makes a big difference for the development of the body and brain. We take care to teach children asanas that are suitable for them.

Isha Hatha Yoga for Children introduces yoga through simple, life enhancing asanas and offers a unique possibility for every child to experience a joyful blossoming of their natural potential.
The program introduces yoga to children in a committed atmosphere, allowing each child to develop and live in optimal health and inner peace. Class size will be limited to 10 to ensure personal attention.
Offered as 90 minute sessions over 12 weeks, the program will teach the practices in a step by step manner. Every week, what has been covered previously will be reviewed, giving the child an opportunity to firmly establish what is being taught. During the 12-week program, they will be required to make journal entries on daily practice to help them establish consistency. At the end of the program, they will have a complete practice regimen. Kids will also receive some guidelines on healthy eating to complement their yoga practices and certain sessions will include fun games to creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere.
Sadhguru has also spoken about how introducing yoga to children is very beneficial to them and how it prepares them for a productive and stable life.
